Strange place for a bathtub

It is Sims, so just embrace the silliness of it. If you can, change it to one of the big, corner bath tubs.

I swear there was a house in either Sims 1 or Sims 2 that had a bathroom that was technically outdoors.

Outdoor baths are a thing... though, they're usually in a rural setting.

I'm pretty sure it's placed there to resemble a hottub. But since neither the base game nor city lliving has them, you'll have to do it yourself, if you have perfect patio stuff, that is.

Which apartment has that? Wondering if my sim's penthouse rooftop is facing it. The telescope up there has the option to peer at other people's apartments. ^.^

Agreed. Bath tub is more appropiate in a secluded location. Surely not some apartments where everyone can have a show!

The corner tub is what was there and the hot tub is too large... so since the bbq is there and no table and chairs I decided to put a table and chairs there..

I think City Living wants to show of the many different tastes and personalities living in a city. Some f the apartments are a bit special, exotic or just poor, to reflect diversity. I have not seen the balcony bath tub on balcony yet, which reminds me that I did not play all the apartments.
