Stranger Sims in my House (Sulani). Also, funny screenshots.

I have come back from errands, a swim or whatever - at least twice - to find strangers in my Sims house.
Now I know she lives on an Island, where community is very strong and the neighbors pop by because they cooked too much -but still.

Nalani here looks like she is judging my Sims housekeeping. Look at that face.

Another glitch (or at least this one is), where my Sim was changing outfits too early and so was showering in her clothes!

  • Too many times i've seen random local sims walk into one of my Sulani lots without any invitation and start messing around in the house for one reason or another and won't leave unless you tell them to go away. At that point you got to lock the door just to stop those random sims from disrupting your play time.

If Nalani did that on one of my lots i'd lock her in the bathroom and make sure she'd clean it up. If Nalani has time to notice and complain about as well as intruding, she has the time to clean the puddle up.
  • I love Sulani but the overly friendly neighbors and residents are a bit much. I've had Sims live on Tangled Flat and Lagoon Look and ran into several friendly neighbor problems.

    - Makoa and company bringing food as late as 11:30 PM two or three times a week.
    - Makoa and company staying for more than 24 hours when I was dumb enough to let them in.
    - Sulani residents (usually Nalani) walking in the front door to use an easel, eat food from the refrigerator, or dance to stereo music.
    - Someone (usually Nalani) making a sand sculpture near the house which causes my Sim to run outside to help.

So, I moved my Sims to Key Point, which is more secluded than I like. No one turns up uninvited except an occasional poacher.

I have a sim living on Key Point and there used to be a time when she would wake up to find a strange sim casually drinking water in her bathroom. I locked the door to the bathroom and next day he used the kitchen sink.
  • Yes, that used to happen to one of my Sims in Sulani all the time...I had to start locking the door. I remember once he came home, only to find one of the married couples in Sulani woohooing in his bed!
