Well, but Medieval had 100 times more content. 8 hero classes with their unique abilities, tasks and missions. Like 1000 different quests with branching paths. A ton of objectives. New interactions and things to explore never before seen in any Sims game. Remember kingball?
This is as bare-bones as it gets. There are only 3 new gameplay items and the story is super linear and limited. There aren't any special things to do really, it's all the same point-and-click talk, collect X thing, go there. Absolutely nothing remarkable.
