In terms of gameplay this is by far the worst pack, I don't think many people will disagree. It only has a 2-3 hour linear story (no branching paths, no replayability), 3 new gameplay objects (sparring dummy, laptop and investigation station), the military career which adds only 3 or 4 new interactions for what I've seen, and an 11-lot world. That's a lot of nothing for $20.
The price point on this is asking too much as they are using an neighborhood to prop this pack up. The price point should have been lower and I bet there are those that are waiting for that price to drop in an sale(I know I am! :) )
