StrangerVille 50x40 Lot - Which Direction?

I'm just wondering which direction this lot faces so I know what kind of house to design.

I never knew that @StevieJohn88 - I thought the direction was set in stone, thanks for the info. I'm gonna try that as it saves a lot of messing around.
