I've got one save where I'm manually infecting others in Strangerville and other towns.... so they come out and about to restaurants and festivals if it happens to be that time of the night when the infection phase is on.. Otherwise in save games where I don't mess with Strangerville other than to visit I only see the few main characters at major festivals now and then.. so far. Then they can become possessed between I think 12 am and 4 am? Somewhere around there.
No I created a new sim. That is the time he's getting infected in his home though
