Strangerville Question

I bought Strangerville in the recent sale and I was saving it until some generation 2 sims had grown up and was planning to send them in a group. At the moment they are teens/children. I'm looking forward to actually visiting Strangerville in the future once the designated sims have reached young adulthood. Now I'm wondering if it matters matter in terms of gameplay whether you send sims in a group or solo. Can the mystery be solved as a joint venture or is it really aimed at solo sims?

You need more than one Sim to defeat the Mother (most just grab 3 locals), but only one Sim at a time can fulfill the aspiration.
  • Cool, thanks. So far the ones that are already teens ended up with different aspirations but I'll give it to one of them who is due to age up soon.
  • I'm getting impatient, I hope I can hold out long enough for the "right" sim to do the job.
  • The pack it really only fun for one playthrough, so I urge you to be patient and wait to make the most out of it with the sims you really want to play with!

Speaking from experience here as I made the mistake of rushing through it, which made the whole pack basically useless after a few hours :(
  • Thanks, that's good advice. I gave my chosen sim the aspiration when she became a teen and did a couple of early tasks but it was frustrating making sure she got home before curfew. In the end I decided to give her a different aspiration until she grows up, then she can move to Strangerville.
