Suggestion for lots available in future content

@LadyKyn That's a good point. And while I wasn't fond of the CAW tool as I found it to not be very user-friendly and that it ran poorly on lower spec computer, I think something between that and the Sims 2 town creator would be perfect.

@Movotti Oh now that's a fantastic idea! Also would give more life to the big city worlds as well! Del Sol, for example, would really benefit from that and fit the aesthetic perfectly.
