The newest version of MCC that you can download on MTS is responsible for the sun protection not working! I am a patron and downloaded the newest version which is not open for public yet and the problem is fixed. So yes if you use the MTS version of that mod you will have to take extra precautions for Caleb and his sister who both CAN walk in the sun! Caleb did fish in Willow Creek during daylight yesterday and had no problem whatsoever!
