The lot trait isn’t locked to Sulani if that’s what you meant, you can place it on any lot in any world. Just an FYI in case you didn’t already know ;-)
Oh, but I tried and it wasn't even on the menu! At least not for Brindleton Bay! Thanks. I'll have to explore other neighborhoods.
