Sulani Island Festivals - When Do They Happen?

They are probably not on the calendar because they are supposed to be "impromptu" and "not planned", but of course they are planned. The lack of notifications are maybe their way of honouring the spontaneous Island Spirit and community. I dunno, we're maybe supposed to go about our daily business, happen to see the balloons, go "oohh a festival!", drop everything and go.

I just wish there were more things to do there, to be honest. Something we can't do at other times.
