Summer Line-Up Announced

Not sure what to make of the lineup. A GP with a new career could be anything, the jury's out on that one. "Bond with nature"? Uhhhh I feel like nature and environmental themes have been explored ALOT and Im not convinced that its farming or fairy related. So far Ive gotten no occult vibes from this, which is just as well since I wasnt holding out serious hope for occult themes. As long as the new packs are interesting Im game for just about anything.

Kinda hoping we'd get an official GP announcement tho.

And that's why they always end up with angry customers. I know they think it's fun to let us speculate, but it almost always leads to a group of people being angry or disappointed.

If it’s another nature pack I’d be disappointed. Outdoor retreat was a really nice idea. However; the lack of actual camp activities is disappointing. There’s not even real bears or even deers roaming around. Because of that , I don’t think they will do a great job with another nature pack. They should update the one they currently have. At least let us swim in the lake

Sorry guys, I know a lot of you are excited about the potential of a farming themed pack, but I don't really get farm vibes from "Bond with Nature" since to me, nature relates more to wildlife than livestock.

I'd lean more towards the EP being one of the following.

- Wildlife Sanctuary
- Faeries

Although Wildlife Sanctuary doesn't really fit the "charming" description and occults normally come in GPs, so I don't know. I could be wrong and they could have worded it that way to make it sound more interesting, but I just don't want you guys getting your hopes up and then being let down.

I agree the GP is most likely music related since there's a new career and the whole "creative" description, although something fashion related isn't impossible either. Still, I'd prefer music over fashion.

Maybe since there's going to be 3 Base Game updates + the virtual pride block party maybe we're getting pronouns and/or a way to set our Sims' sexuality?

Still holding out hope for an occult themed pack in the fall since it seems unlikely we're getting one for summer.

A lot of people say that the EP is gonna include Fairies. I don't have a problem if the EP is gonna be about them but I think it's gonna be something else, because Vampires and Witches are in GPs so if fairies come to the game they're probably gonna be in a GP. Farming pack which is also speculated makes more sense. Tbh I don't prefer any of these but also don't have a problem with either of them. They are good pack ideas, just not my style. :D

If the Expansion pack is supernatural, it could go 1 of 2 ways...

A Mythology Pack with Fairies, Werewolves, spirits and other nature related supernatural creatures. Based on Celtic and Greco-Roman mythology.

OR

An Environmentalist, Strangerville like quest where fairies have to fight the evil companies trying to destroy their sacred forest. YUCK

I'll take the first option.

I have nothing against Environmentalism, but it's been done to death in the Sims 4, and I'm sick of it.
