Meh....
I mean its cool they are working with the communities creators, but those two kits look very mainstream to me, not that I couldnt use them, just for a showcase on "something the sims team wouldnt think to create" its kinda unimpressive. But who knows maybe we'll get something more niche in the future....if this isnt anothe one of those things thatll just never happen again (like pack refreshes).
They probably had to start somewhere since these are the first 2 creator kits (not including Sixam CC's storybook nursery kit) and EA wants something with universal appeal too. Simmers gotta like it to be willing to buy it. Hopefully we'll get more niche creations in the future though to fill needs that people have wanted/always asked for.
Yeah, I hope thats the case and maybe after Life&Death they wanted something more normal first. Not saying the kits arent nice, just nothing "out of the box", lets hope that will follow.
