No I dont think so. They made Britechester swimmable so I'd think you'd still be able to swim there. Now you do need IL if you want to use boats there.

I don’t have Island Living and my sims swam at Britchester just fine :)

I didn't even know Sims can swim this lake, that's so cool! Gosh, I hope days went by faster, I can't wait to have the pack in my hands...

@Simmerville @gothprincess4ever it is pretty cool having your sims wander down and jump into the lake!

And it's not the only swimmable lake in BC either. There are 2 more.
