T-Pose Problem

Is anybody else who uses testing cheats to reset stuck Sims experiencing a new thing lately where reset doesn't even work and they just T-pose and are still stuck? This is completely new to me just since Horse Ranch. I may have some mod doing it, but it's hard to test because it only happens randomly and I'm not getting any LEs or anything. It used to be that reset would always work when a Sim got stuck, but now it just results in a T-pose and the only thing I can do is go back to the main menu/world view/something that gets me off the lot so it has to load again when I go back.

I have MCCC and have it set to always have testing cheats on, so reset Sim is just always there on the menu (shift click I believe) and it used to always work perfectly until this started.
