Talk to the grim reaper about grilled cheese - where do I find him?

I never seem to see the grim reaper lurking around like other people do. But I need to talk to him about grilled cheese for the aspiration and I don't really feel like killing anyone to get him to com...

Mission accomplished (these pictures are messy because I had no idea what I was doing when I tried to kill him and tried all sorts of things before resorting to a cheat :D because oh lord it takes so long otherwise)
