Tartosa is boring, and commentary about same-y worlds in general

@Gordy, yah, I'd love to use it too.

I use a ton of mods, but I won't use any mods that are guaranteed to "break" with game updates and/or new pack releases (insofar as either the mod needs to be updated or things in your current game could cause issues if the mod is removed). And TOOL is one such mod, so until the game is done being supported by EA/Maxis altogether, I won't use it.
