Teenagers and the Strangerville Mystery

Yes. According to crinrict's thread about the pack, sims teen and older can go through the story.

That would be so cool - have a teen like runaway and join the military or be "banished" and made to join because of bad behaviour and they then get thrown into the story of strangerville.. come back a changed sim and everything

As Evie said above, they should be able to. I haven't played with one to the end but they certainly have the necessary interactions to start the mystery. Kids don't.

Just putting that out there to put the info in the correct perspective :D aka, this has not been tested by me to the end.
