I thought I had made a discovery!
It's understandable :) Until a recent patch, we couldn't save a teen-only household in CAS in *this* game. Now we can, so the whole getting-a-teen-only-household thing is a *lot* easier now, and lets us do more.
I'm really happy about this - I've always liked the challenge of playing a teen household, within other game limitations, like part-time-jobs-only while going to school.
