Teens need their own aspirations like children do.
I think teens aspirations need to be separate from adults or at least, give them a few of their own. The aspirations for adults always have "become adult" as one of the fulfilment requirements giving teens nothing to do. I think a few of their aspirations could be ...
Popularity - Become Prom King/Queen, focusing on social/making friends.
Creative - Join Band/Musical theater, focusing on musical skills/singing
Logic - Be an over achiever (Grade A and Top of career)
Mischief - Becoming the school "Bad boy/girl" focus on mischief and keeping low grades.
Just give teens something to separate them from adults because at the moment, they're boring to play.
