I would love to have the babies untethered from their bassinets and still have all of those great interactions. I think they should be able to spit up on the person holding them, especially if they play with the baby too soon after a feeding. I really miss this from Sims2. We should also be able to bathe the baby in the sink. Baby should be allowed to be placed on the floor (upon a playmat, or blanket, of course) or even in a swing, babyseat or a walker.
