Telescopes and Microscopes

Why are they so BIG?!
I really liked being able to look through my telescope on a small balcony and the idea of a microscope sounded really cool, that is until I actually went to buy it and it wouldn't fit anywhere -_-
I wish there were the option of either having them regular sized or the larger size because let's be honest, they're just ridiculous right now.

I'm hoping with the outdoor expansion pack we might at least get travel size telescopes they can bring camping :)

Reminds me of cartoons where they pull giant mallets out from behind their backs and such. Considering the small sizes of the lots, it's not sensible to make them so large. (Imo they're also really silly looking.)

Never bought a telescope or microscope in the Sims 4 because they are so huuuge... come on no one wants to have such big machines in their house or in their garden. It just looks ugly.

Yeah I've had them but I use them and then put them back in my inventory after, which is so annoying.

Exactly!! It just makes me so sad, I'm a big science freak and I loooooove microscopes - I've always thought that slides could easily be used as art, and then it appeared in ts4!! It's one of the few things I was excited about. But why couldn't they have made it a chess table type object or something to put on a desk instead?
