I have given the Vatores makeovers. That's all I can tell you. I don't play in Forgotten Hollow.

Here would be my answers:

• It's usually cold and cloudy. Not a lot of sun... In fact, the nighttime lasts more longer, allowing vampires to stay out longer.
  
• This is where I had to look up. According to the lore, 200 years. According to the game, 43 days.
  
• No.
  
• Not even one. Though there is one empty lot.
  
• A lot of vampires will walk around at night, wearing "vampiric clothing". Some of them aren't vampires, just walking around in "vampiric clothing" as faux-vampires.

part of me wants to interpret him as being younger than Judith because he is young adult and Judith is adult but also part of me is like this dude been here since like Sims Medieval probably tbh = up to your own imagination
3. yeah slight makeovers just using better makeup n whatever but same style
4. there is none by default and I don't have space for any in my version either but if I did then I would add restaurant or nightclub or graveyard probably

If Vlad is based on the historical Vlad the Impaler, his reign was in the 1440s. So... rather old :)

Why not have your current sims visit Forgotten Hollow and see what you think?

I put a library in my Forgotten Hollow. I forget what was there before. (bottom-right lot)

Yes! I’d love it to be Windenburg sized with swimmable bodies of water.
Forgotten Hollow is very beautiful if you appreciate mildly creepy, dark and gothic aesthetics.

Gloomy with this lingering, ominous atmosphere due to perpetual fog and darkness. Fog density tends to change, but it’s always present. Even with seasons installed I have not experience a lot of rain.

Age is but a number. Have your sim get acquainted with him instead…?

Never. They are who they are. But I often move them out of The Hollow because I need that space.

- Community lots in Forgotten Hallow?

There are no community lots in Vanilla Hollow, but there’s a square with a chest table and public toilets.
I added my own Wedding Venue, The Chapel of Doom ( includes graveyard and crypt) and an abandoned Victorian train station (generic lot). I replaced Vlad’s mansion with my own castle and the other lots with two steampunk inspired mansions.

- Anything else I should know?

• I sometimes hear the sobbing of a small child coming from a grave that’s situated near the path that leads to Vlad’s mansion. It always gets me. I love details like this.
  
• Plasma trees are a feast for the eyes. Very calming too.
  

I moved the noble vampires from the trailer into vlads house, well a slightly edited version. I really think it is a missed opportunity to not have them in the game. Because lots are scarce, they share the villa with vlad. I don't intend to actively play them, just encounter them from time to time.

I also added a graveyard for my sims to visit around spooky day. I added princess cordelia to my game just to have her ghost around on the graveyard. The lot is set to generic so it doesn't spawn visitors. It is a creepy abandoned place.

I don’t really actively play the vampires much, but I do play the world. Forgotten Hollow is dark and gloomy and very gothic. Vlad is ancient. I haven’t made over the Vatores (I usually try to keep premades close to their original design), but I’m eagerly awaiting the Goth kit, because I would like to give them a more modern look. All of the Goth cc I’ve found seems to be plastered with band names. There are no community lots, but I’ve managed to put in a graveyard next to the rundown house my cursed Spellcaster lives in, created a boarding house for cursed souls and a secret vampire hunter HQ. So, it feels pretty well populated.
