I avoid kleptomaniacs. As soon as I find a Sim with this characteristic I avoid them. With the Island this is hard to do - strangers come in and out of the house (which I like). So - what do kleptoman...

@simstr0ng most furnitures are fine I think, unless the kleptos are high level mischief masters or the house is filled with electronics (which are very susceptible to being stolen). I do remember seeing a klepto steal a portable keyboard when my sim was asleep and not being able to do anything about it because she wouldn't wake up. Meh. Que sera, sera, I guess.
