- I'm currently playing my longest legacy (just reach gen 11) and I'm loving it :-) I started in Willow Creek with James Willoughby (gen 1), who was a single dad after the death of his wife. His little girl Jenna (gen 2) grew up and moved to the big city (San Myshuno) and met her husband, and they had a little boy, Ty (gen 3) who grew up to be a famous NBA star (I play with mods and cc). He moved back to Willow Creek with his new wife and son, and built a huge mansion in a quiet and secluded area. His eldest son Andre (gen 4) got his girlfriend pregnant as a teenager and they had twin boys. Unfortunately when the twins (gen 5) were just toddlers the dad (who had only just become a YA) died of hysteria because the combination of warm clothing and cute toddlers was just too much for him! Their mum struggled and the twins grew up with a huge sense of guilt over what happened to their dad. They had a really close bond and moved out as soon as they could and shared an apartment in San Myshuno. Sadly, when one of the twins was doing yoga on their balcony one evening and froze to death, and the other twin Bailey was overwhelmed by all the loss in his life. He dropped all his ambitions and fell into a really unhealthy party lifestyle (mods). He met his girlfriend who was also struggling and they got pregnant with a little girl Eliza (gen 6). They moved to Brindleton Bay to try and start a new life, away from the dangerous pull of the big city, but they carried on the party lifestyle. Eliza was left alone a lot, and Bailey died from his unhealthy lifestyle when she was a child. Her mum treated her badly and didn't really want her around, so Eliza spent a lot of time by herself and decided she was going to do everything she could to change the sadness in her life. As soon as she was old enough she moved to Oasis Springs to start a new, quiet life by herself. She was a florist and spent most of her days pottering in her garden, until she met Finnegan, who she never married or lived with, but did have a little girl Poppy (gen 7). Poppy stayed in the house she grew up in and looked after her elderly mum, and had a little boy Leo (gen 8). Leo stayed in Oasis Springs but moved to start his own family, and had baby Harry (gen 9). Harry grew up to be an actor and global superstar. He briefly moved to Del Sol Valley, but quickly realised it was tiny and there wasn't much to do, so he moved back to Oasis Springs. He met his wife and they had baby Rocco (gen 10), who loved the fame of his family and became a famous musician and blogger and a global superstar in his own right. He spent most of his adult life concentrating on his music, but he finally settled down with his wife, and they've just had baby girl Florence (gen 11). I don't know where she's headed, but she's more of a quiet one who might be wary of the spotlight, so another path might be in store for her ;)
Its been lots of fun and drama so far! - GalacticGal7 years agoLegendJust remember you asked for this. ;)
I played the Sims4 Pinstar Legacy Challenge when the rules were first introduced by Pinstar. Here is the blog for my Legacy Story:

Most of my games were played like I did in Sims 1: Rotate from household to household but then I created a game with aging on, following one person through their life.
That person is Dan August; Friend of The World, regular guy. I settled him in to Streamlet Single in Foundry Cove, Willow Creek. He met the BFF's on the Welcome Wagon and read up on cooking, looked for a job and settled on the Business career. This is all Sims 4 101.
Late in the day he sees this young woman. She's beautiful...in fact she looks quite a lot like the young Shelley Long in Cheers. Dan's smitten and must meet her but she's walking on quickly and will soon be past the mysterious tree, the fishing spot and will soon disappear. Dan tries to run to meet her but Dennis Kim got in the way and that was that...she was gone. Now I could have "cheated" by putting a townie into a house and have Dan just spontaneously visit her but I thought I'd play out the dramatic possibilities of trying to find her. So that's what I did: Had him go to the gym, the park, the library, the nightclubs and bars and the museums. On day 4 he found her whilst he was grilling burgers down at the Willow Creek town centre. So Dan introduced himself to her, found out her name was Angela Prefect, and they got chatting...and chatting...and chatting! I let the game run and these guys wouldn't stop! It was clear; he liked her and she liked him. Game on!
So they dated, moved in together and eventually got married. They's so nice and lovely and goody-two shoes that there's barely any conflict but for a first generation, I'm happy with that. I can use a stable family to set things up nicely for future generations. Anyway they moved from Streamlet Single to Riverside Roost and they had a baby boy: George. He's now a child and the girls love him. He's always inviting a girl back to his house or is being invited by one on a playdate. He's also a talented artist and violinist. We'll see if his interest in girls continues into his teenage years....
And that's about it for now. Dan has worked himself up to be an investor at Dewey Cheatham and Howe and Angela now owns a fashion boutique. - GalacticGal7 years agoLegend

I love the name of the firm Dan works at. LOL I love the story you've got going. I, too, believe in a good, firm foundation upon which to grow a family legacy. Well done, and a very nice start. :) - shadowyleopard7 years agoSeasoned Adventurer

sounds like tons of fun my legacy rn is super boring but fun at the same time - My main legacy is a Decades Challenge version of it. Started with my founder as a farmer in Willow Creek. Couple generations and the Great Depression came and they lost their home, money and were forced into a tiny cabin in Oasis Springs (with my heir and his best friend cousin, who had a lot of fun with their little families, including the cousin marrying a ghost!).
Then my first female heir came along, spitfire Maria. She has fun and rocked it out. Her daughters (twins) moved to a San Myshuno apartment for a while. The one twin became a hippie and moved into a commune. My heir stayed in the city and raised her kids until they moved into Newcrest.
Newcrest was a brief stay, before the family could afford to move into the largest house in Brindelton Bay. But after a couple generations, my heir was pregnant and got dumped by her husband the day after they married (although, she was the one flirting with a guy at their reception). The family lost their house and wealth in the divorce and were forced into a smaller house.
Stayed there a couple generations, then, as soon as Get Famous came out, my girl heir ran away from home to become famous. Moved into Judith Ward’s house, where Judith helped get my heir’s reputation all the way into the red. Then Judith kicked her out and my heir seduced Thorne, got him divorced and then Octavia kicked him out. And then my Sim accidentally killed Octavia through the angry emotion. My Sim seduced Orange once he aged up, but he hated her and threw her (and her little girl by another man) out and his father back in.
Now my Sim lived with her mother and daughter in a little trailer in Del Sol Valley. They will build up their home and eventually will move again.
Amongst all this was tons of death, drama, insanity and the occasional alien abduction ? - GalacticGal7 years agoLegend@ThePinkBookGirl Wow, what a storyline you've got going. That's fun as well as crazy-insane! P.S. Sad, but I guess the errant groom decided he liked the Sim he was flirting with more than his wife. :open_mouth:
- shadowyleopard7 years agoSeasoned Adventurerok I love all of these and so i will tell the story of my weird legacy, seeing as I'm still on generation one it will short but I will continue updating, Tegan Freya is the founder and she lives in willow creek, her best friend is Summer Holiday because of the welcome wagon and Tegan is a gardener that also cans for a living and sells the jams and such she makes. One day Summer invited her to the lounge since Dirk Dreamer was there and Summer had a crush on him. Tegan was able to talk to him and they became fast friends. Soon after many times out at restaurants and just hanging out (she gave him a house key) they started to become more than friends. Since I play using whims they soon woohooed and started dating and after all of that (somehow) had their first kiss. Tegan ended up proposing because she got the whim, and they were engaged when risky woohoo ended up making sure Tegan wouldn't have to wait long to have a baby. They had a baby named Everest nad once he grew into a child tried for another one. Tegan is now pregnant with three girls and its about to get crazy. Also I forgot Summer stopped talking to Tegan until Summer got married because she was upset about Dirk.
Edit: I had to restart this legacy because of a glitch in the game so new legacy tiiiiime!!!!
