Ok so, not a total failure, but definatly a " big plan" gone haywire. Also I have a tendency to ramble so I'll put a TL;DR at the bottom.
So, I love photos. And I like to have pictures hung up in my sims houses of special moments of their lives. I decided I want to have wedding pictures. Since I had a couple lined up that maybe aren't my go-to favorite household, so I figured i would use them as a trial run. I built a huge wedding venue, with tons of detail, painstakingly taking into consideration photo ops. I even spent a whole sim day in the venue deciding the perfect time of day in terms of lighting. I then created a sim specifically to be the wedding planner for all my future weddings. I drop her into the household, and Cheated her skills in photography, and gourmet cooking (she cooks all the meals/cake before the wedding)and DJ (she pumps the jams during the reception) to the highest levels. Carrying on, I planned out the bride and grooms lovely wedding outfits, waited for the next day and started the wedding. I had the wedding planner get all the guests rounded up into a group and got them all seated. It was perfect, I got the bride and groom up to the alter and I was ready to snap some beautiful pictures. It was at this point I realized that I forgot to give the wedding planner a camera. And no one in the household had one. And that I was on a community lot, so I couldn't buy one and put into her inventory. So of course I called the whole thing off, sent them home, bought a camera and started the whole wedding again. Worth it though, the wedding photos were perfect!
TL;DR I spent a whole RL day planning a wedding specifically for photos and forgot to give the photographer a camera. DOH!
