Also being patched in, a variation on self-employment:

"A Name Your Own Career feature... new functionality that you can go to the phone any time and you can register with the Ministry of Labor and you can enter anything you want... You can put in a little description so that if other Sims start asking about your career that's what will be reflected." -@SimGuruNinja in this video
