Terrain Tools patch SimGuru/Maxis-Sourced Info

So, given we've got at least a month lead-up to this patch and appear to have more info incoming about it, I thought it's probably time to get a thread going to collect said info.

What's coming: patched-in Terrain Tools

When it's coming: After October 2018. Tuesday, November 13, 10 a.m. Pacific time

What's coming with it: a patched-in Fashion Career, and (depending on timing), a Python update. And also first-person camera.

    Hands-On With Sims 4's Long-Awaited Terrain Tools

    Alongside the Get Famous expansions pack, The Sims 4 is finally getting terrain manipulation tools in a free update. I got an hour-long advanced look at the new update and expansion, including about 15 minutes to play with the terrain tools, and , they look like they’re going to be worth the wait.

    I am glad the terrain tools are patched in as I will DL that but EP itself I rather wait for an good sale.
