Terrain Tools!!!

I did not see in the video that they connected the walls. Multilevel foundations may not be possible still, at least not attached to each other.
In the video they showed that the foundation is now attached to each room with that square with an up and down arrow in the middle of each room. So I'm guessing you can make them now. I really hope so because I live in a 3 level split with a full basement and up until now have never been able to create my house in this game.
I didn't see this. I need re-watch the video then. I hope it is true as well @Aeroprincess87 .
