It's mostly just my own sims that I'm attached to. Rae Simmons, was the first I created and invested in since TS3. I also love playing her girlfriend, sisters, and her ex boyfriend. I would never kill any of them off.
As for premades, I love creating my own Goth family story line, and stories with Vlad and the Vatore siblings.
