This is a very good question. I am always attached to my main sim family, because (to me) they are fleshed out and have come through multiple sims games (from 2 to 4).
As for premades, there's quite a few I like (Goths, Calientes, Morgan Fyres, Wolfgang Munch, Vlad...), but a sim I am obsessed with is Caleb Vatore. I like him a lot and he is often involved in my game.
