That one sim...

that you can't leave alone. It can be a premade you always play with, or marry or kill. It can be a sim you made that spend more time with than any others. I wanna know who that is for you.
On the premade side for me it's Caleb Vatore and Mayor Whiskers. Someone always marries Caleb and adopts Mayor Whiskers.

  • I love to incorporate the sims that come loaded with the base game and expansions into my gameplays. I feel like they have so much history so I like to continue their genes and stories.
  • In The Sims 2, I would always go for either Don Lathorio and see how far I can get his relationships with all of his 'women' ;) Either that, or I'd play the Pleasants and see how far I can get the dad into cheating on his wife with the maid (one time he got her pregnant and left his wife for her, oops.)
In The Sims 3, I opted for the goths at this time, although I loved them in the sims 2, I love making their story begin by making Bella realize that she wants to befriend Mortimer no matter how weird everyone else things he is, and then they fall in love, and well, you know the rest, haha. I also enjoyed the Keatons, I don't know why but I loved the idea that EA put in a pre-made pregnant sim. I've also messed around with Christopher Steel, he's gotten married to that one townie who's in the military, and she's got like that green dress on, can't think of her name at the moment, lol.
In The Sims 4, I don't really play with any townies. I usually create my own and then have them date some of the townies, like Johnny Zest. I've made Eliza and Bob have a baby once, that was the last time I played them though. Although, I love the new aspect EA added in with the Hecking family in Cats & Dogs :) <3
  • I play mainly with sims I've created, but maybe I should give the premades a try. I never really played with the earlier sims (1-3), so my lack of familiarity with them may be a factor.
  • These two: John and Sarah Hawkins Sevier, my sixth great-grandparents.

And my singer Sim, I brought forward again. (Started him in Sims2, brought him to Sims3, where he made his fame) and now he's in Sims4.

  • @GalacticGal, just as an aside, I read your singer's legacy and really enjoyed it. :)

LOL! I'm interested in knowing if she has family and just outlives them.
  • I have always had a Sim called Kurtis, and he always ends up heavily involved with aliens in some way... he was the first Sim I had who got abducted by aliens (in Sims 2), and his life has become very complicated at points! His alien daughter, Honey, got married and her husband then got abducted by aliens (totally unexpectedly, don'tcha love the spontaneity of Sims 2??) and pollinated by the same Sim who pollinated Kurtis.

This meant that Honey's step-son was also her half-brother, and her husband had been involved with her "mother", which left Kurtis having more in common with his son-in-law than he perhaps should have... it made for some awkward family dinners.

In Sims 3 Kurtis simply met and married an alien, and they had four children. It was a good life, much simpler than the previous game! He's going to be my legacy starter in Sims 4 once I've finished up my current build so I look forward to seeing what antics he and his family will get up to this time.
  • The Goths, especially Bella.
    The Pancakes.
    Zest.
In later packs Ulriche (the artist lady in purple)
    Penny.
