I want to say that's the Izakaya Ipai Bar in the Senbamachi neighborhood of Mt Komorebi

I know this doesn't have a very wide shot (I didn't take this screenshot for the purpose of this challenge) but I have a feeling some of you will know exactly where this is even with just this shot.

So where's the location of this lovely winter wedding? :)
