The 2 new Aspirations
I'm obviously late to the party, just just discovered the two new aspirations, "Villainous valentine" and "Neighborhood confidante".
I get the impression they were added as part of scenarios, which I never play. So, question is - are these full value aspirations, or mostly fun and functional when doing scenarios? Any cool side effects connected to them?
