The autonomous snow shoveling is quite literally driving me insane

I can't be the only one experiencing this: a sim is in the middle of a conversation and then takes off, runs five miles across the zone, and proceeds to shovel a random snow drift. What in the actual....

This person has also several other mods that stop several annoying autonomous things.
