The first thing I ever do in any Sim game is to get default skin and eye replacements. :D That's probably why my Sims look different to you. Also, the males have a skin overlay that provides more muscle definition. It doesn't necessarily look anatomically correct, however, I felt that it was better than none at all.
That's one thing that I really like about TS4, the fit Sims have really nice muscle definition. :)
@Beardedgeek I wish that TS4 had more random deaths -- something to add a little risk and excitement. However, for those of you who don't like those kind of developments, a toggle of some kind (in-game or as a menu option) would be a good compromise. The more options, the better. Then everyone's happy. ;)
I have this nice skin overly that adds veins and hair follicles to their skin
You see it when you zoom up close and I love the look.
I want more random death too. I hate how my sims are practically immune because even the random death doesn't kill.
