Hmm ... maybe try getting another cat, these two just sound like they don't want to breed. I have several cats that are spayed with the free spirit trait. They all frequently comes back and gift me with unexpected kittens. So sorry you are having issues. I have several of these cats saved to my gallery, I could upload them for you if you like.
