The Cold weather tagging needs serious improvement

I don't know who did the tagging for cold weather, but there are SOOO many outfits in the game I've noticed that are hidden from cold weather like many sweaters/jackets. Almost all of the sweaters, h...

Removing the tag does not affect the ability to protect them from the weather, at least from my experience. I don't use the tags when dressing my sims for hot or cold weather and it works just fine. Could be a bug.
