The downtown between updates is harming the game.

I can relate. My first one was a green '59 Rambler sedan, a real mousemobile. Parents weren't keen on anything sporty, and they were paying the freight. Most fun car I've had was a '72 Chevelle with a small block V8. It looked good and could play the part. Was in Uncle Sam's canoe club at time so had the independence, but not the $ for the SS version. Sweet car though, and really enjoyed it. You sound like one interesting lady.
