Death by Murphy bed, that one is usually pretty instant either the first or second time around if they have no handiness skill. Electrocution by the robot building station, they have to be dazed the first time then make them work again and puffer fish Nigiri. They are usually pretty instant off the bat. If you have a vampire you can deplete their hunger need, bladder need and energy need making them constantly pass out and wet themselves until they become mortified or starvation.
Another way is death by laughter. Having a vampire influence emotion also takes the cake on instant death as long as your sim is telling hilarious jokes. Also forgot enraged that one is pretty instant as long as you keep them coming with the insults and mean options especially if they are hot headed.
If your not apposed to using mods you can use UI extensions and take their hunger need down to instant starvation.
