Sarah Jane was in their greenhouse tending their crops when she heard her baby crying. Sadly, there were a couple of people at her front door, so she couldn't get inside (why she didn't go around back, I'll never know) but suddenly, she was breastfeeding her infant! As she was standing OUTSIDE. Now, that's a glitch.
