The hospital seems to be a little lacking. Can someone explain how it works? Like, simple it down, please! I get that our sims, if they get sick, can't visit the hospital and see NPC doctors. A little...

- Sims can't go to the hospital when they're sick.
- They can order medication or nurse themselves back to help.
- I think physicals are a thing, as there's sims that get stuffed checked in trailers and they don't have any visible signs of illness.
- There's multiple types of illnesses.
- Hospital beds.
- Treating patience.
- Different work levels.
- Surgery.
- Births.
- There's a new world, but it's more of an add on for Willow Creek on a separate button.
- Disabilities is a bit of a tricky topic, some people want them some people feel bad about them. Overall amputees would be hard because of movements and such, they'd have to redo everything for every EP just so a sim can grab something with one arm.
