Yeah, while I do love the gender patch and how it opens up the options, especially for simmers like me who don't really like conforming to gender norms in the first place, I gotta agree that the tops don't look all that great on the frame it's not intended for.
As cloudkittysimmer above said, feminine-frame sims in masculine tops are apparently not wearing any bras. While masculine-frame sims in feminine tops/dresses have unnecessary shading around the chest area. Really, the tops don't work at all, but... they're options, at least.
Everything else works fine. Finally my dudes can have long hair, no mods required!
But uh. Yeah.
Honestly I play the game more than I make sims, so I haven't really taken note of the lack of options guys have?
I'm still really not surprised that ladies get more, though. It's usually that way in most customization-oriented games anyway.
