I wish they would add more 'masculine' men's clothing options. Some baggier jeans, darker colors for a lot of the shirts, less flamboyant color mixes for ever swatch... Clothes that guys who aren't in a college frat or a hipster would wear. More messy, less clean/symmetric haircuts and styles.
A big one for me is hairlines. Not many of the male haircuts follow traditional male hair loss patterns. It's like every male sim, regardless of age, has the full head of hair of a teenager. It'd be need to see hairlines recede especially around the temples from young adult to adult, etc.
Long hair for males... I don't like how most of the cuts are either up in a bun or braided. I'd like to see more loose hanging hair that's actually long.
