I also think that the facial features for men is extremely lacking. You're kind of forced to have very stereotypical 'sim' male faces which to me is only applicable to some guys, for the majority they're completely unrealistic, there's no option for sim males to have realistic faces unlike the female sims so in all honesty I'm often forced to use a female base and just make the gender options make them 'male' in game. There's a huge gap in how much option you have for customizing a male sim's face vs a female sim's and it's rather irritating.
