No, those are all options in game for the female sims categories. Since the gender patch several months/a year or so back you can change to male, female or unisex clothing at will. You can also choose to make your male sims urinate sitting down and your females stand up among other things.
The clothings used I recognize from vampire stuff, glam stuff and city living but there's probably other stuff I don't remember the pack for in there. Its all in game items though.
