I'm noticing more and more that many clothing and hairstyles which I would consider masculine show up not only as masculine, but also feminine. I found this in a few of the Get Together hairstyles and there is a green shirt with a design on it which looks masculine and looks great on males show up as feminine.
I don't think I like this.
I agree with you guys when you're saying there aren't many edgy options. I feel like my sims are starting to look like Mr Rogers.
I had to google who Mr Roders is, and man... i have to agree hahahaha

What I'd love more for men in the game would be more facial hair options and body hair options. Would be so amazing but I'm not holding my breath.
I'd kill for some sideburns that aren't the GIANT COMEDY SIDEBURNS we currently have.
edit: As for turning off the gender tag, I'd like to echo a few people: while I will always be extremely pleased that's an option, a lot of the tops have shadows built into them that give men the appearance of having plum from certain angles, which is ... not ideal. And the other way around is often not great either, with the top being vacuum sealed around my lady's chest.
I think the problem with the gender tag is that it wasnt included in the base game, but as a patch. I know that the shadows on female clothing have a purpose of making it looking real with light and shadow, but they should have made it without the shadows when we wanted to use it in male sims, or with the shadows if we wanted to use male clothing in women (or even making the shadows an option, cuz i know that some women like to hide their breasts and stuff..).
