It isn’t good that you are having game issues. It would be best to try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there. There may be broken mods/cc that are causing this to occur. 
Your Christmas town is lovely! 🎄The design of the building, the layout and the snowmen  on the roofing are great! The festive decorations are pretty. It is a very nice and detailed Christmas build 🙂

Why when I was enjoying the Christmas Holiday Season in my game, it kicked out and now I can't get back in to play?   😱😭

The greenhouse area is lovely! ❤️Although you may not have planned to have taken the photo, it is very nice. It looks lovely the way the plants are on the tiered shelving and there are views of outdoors through the glass window walls. The outdoors flowers are pretty also.

I keep going on accident-C stuff.. tho this looks like pic I could take on purpose too. 

And  there is that Maxis blue house still, haven't placed that apartment build here yet.
