At this point, Lisa has ALREADY been grounded from EVERYTHING but her Music privileges! The only reason that hasn't taken away from her is because the stereo is in the Living Room. She couldn't get to her bedroom (or anywhere else in the house, for that matter), without violating her "No Music Allowed" punishment! 

Funny, I ACTUALLY thought that the "No Phone" Punishment would've had Dina ACTUALLY confiscating Lisa's phone... 

NOPE! Lisa still has her phone and will pull it out to look at it, from time to time.
