What are the mistakes of the Sims 4 and what they should improve for better and versatile content? I thought of this even though I think the game is getting better I feel they put unnecessary situ...

I have my Sims 4 content mostly on PC, but next to my setup I also have my TV with my PS4, where I also own the console version. I bought it twice so that a friend and I could play at the same time together, side by side.
On the console version, every time there's an update, the personal gallery section gets inundated with new houses and the like and nearly ALL of them require ludicrous amounts of packs my friend doesn't own and has no interest in buying, so he has to go through and manually delete all of the junk Maxis puts in there. It's frustrating just to watch as he goes through it all. If he leaves it then it sits there taking up space, pushing all of his own content down to the bottom and jumbling up the order he puts things in.
